THE WORKOUT
Train to live in Whistler. This ongoing four week health and fitness program will enhance you Whistler life of adventure and activity. The workouts will get you strong fro your sports, help to reduce the impact of the mountain ales and release positive endorphins that make you feel unstoppable.
STRENGTH
SQUAT|DEAD LIFT|BENCH|ROW
Learning and executing compound lifts using barbells will increase confidence, reduce the risk of injury and make you feel like a badass
We lift heavy for low repetitions to increase strength but not size. Strong and lean rather than big and buff
core
FLEX|HOLD|ROTATE|EXTEND
Using rocks, wheels, balls, plates and body weight to build a strong foundation to your body. Strong in the core, strong everywhere else
mental fitness
SWEAT|BURN|JUMP|SPRINT
Mental fitness is going hard for a short period of time (15-30 mins). High intensity workouts using resistance and explosive movements to set your heart on fire. We sweat and suffer together to increase horse power, mental strength and strip body fat.
