RL CLASSIC

RL CLASSIC (2 DAY)

Tues/Thurs - 6am

4 week series for $125

4 week, 3 day per week strength and conditioning series. Designed to create general physical preparedness for life and for the mountains. Varied functional movements at high intensity. We warm up together before moving into our strength section. Here we focus on the powerlifts (squats, dead lifts, bench) with the aim to lift heavy for low reps (all relative to the persons level and experience). The crescendo of the class is high intensity mental fitness. Expect burpees, sprints, spin bikes, etc. All scaleable for different levels. RL MOMS AND TOTS

Tues/Thurs - 10.30am

4 week series for $150

4 week, 2 day per week strength and conditioning series for moms that can bring their babies along. For moms that are 3 months postpartum (or signed off by physio/doctor/midwife to start training). Infants must be under the age of 2, but no matter the age the infants must stay close to the mother, so not the place for explorers. The gym will NOT be baby proofed. Strollers are welcome (wheels not babies ;) Programming will cater for moms just getting back into fitness (low impact - low weight) and also moms looking to push themselves with more intensity and barbell work.

 

RL ENDURO

saturday - 6am

4 week series for $50 - Drop in $20

Richlife Classic without the heavy barbell strength work. This high paced all action class focuses predominantly on cardiovascular endurance. Functional movements at light/moderate loads interspersed with boats of mono structural work e.g. running, biking, skipping, step ups, etc. Expect to be constantly moving for a 30-40 min workout, nothing to technical, just a good old fashioned sweat session.

This class is 60 mins, we prefer you to sign up for the full block but we are also accepting drop ins. No need to book in advance for drop ins, just show up with a water bottle, positive attitude. Taught by Coach Alice.

RL TEENS

Tues/Thurs - 4pm (girls), 5pM (Lads)

4 week series for $125

4 week, 2 day per week strength and conditioning series. For 13 years and up. Inside at the Richlife Fitness Gym in Pemberton Industrial Park. Designed to teach teens how to lift weights safely and effectively. To introduce them to functional fitness and general physical preparedness for life and for the mountains. We lift barbells to start the class (squats, deads, bench), followed by high intensity mental fitness as the crescendo of the class. It's high intensity training but suitable for all fitness levels with a big focus on learning the fundamentls. For class format click HERE

 

RICH-LITE

TUES/THURS - 7.05AM

4 week series for $125

RICH-LITE is a new series delivering a slower paced version of RL Classic. The purpose is to build a solid base of foundational technique, strength, conditioning and confidence in the gym environment. It is perfect for people looking for a lower impact version of Richlife. All the elements of Richlife programming will be there just with the dial turned down a notch or two. Barbells will be present with lots of focus on good form and many scaling options. Perfect for people new to fitness, coming back after a long lay off, and those intimidated by the Richlife ‘HARD’ reputation. Can be a feeder class into RL Classic or hang out her for as long as you want. Taught by Coach Alice
