warm up
mobilize | heat | elevate HR | Practice
We warm up together as a group to prepare physically and mentally for the daily session. We mobilize joints, warm the big muscle groups, elevate your heart rate and practice the lift of the day.
STRENGTH
SQUAT|DEAD LIFT|BENCH|Lunge
Learning and executing compound lifts using barbells will increase confidence, reduce the risk of injury and make you feel like a badass!! We lift heavy for low repetitions to increase strength but not size. Strong and lean rather than big and buff.
mental fitness
SWEAT|BURN|JUMP|SPRINT
Mental fitness is going hard for a short period of time (15-30mins). High intensity training using resistance and explosive movements to set your heart on fire. We sweat and suffer together to increase horse power, mental strength and strip away body fat.
COOL DOWN
DOWN REGULATE|BREATHE|STRETCH|RELAX
Optional 10-15 min stretch after class to start the recovery process. Sending you into the rest of your day feeling calm rather than amped up. This is additional after the 60 min class.
